Closing dates for applications (signed and approved): 10 January 1999 An initial preselection of candidates will be made on the basis of their applications/files. Preselected candidates will subsequently be interviewed by the Coordination Committee for Fellowships, chaired by E. Landaburu, Director-general for Regional Policy and Cohesion, and a final list of candidates will then be drawn up and submitted to the Secretary General and the Director General for Personnel and Administration, who decide the final list under the Authority of the President and the Commissioner responsible for Personnel and Administration. | |
