Information générale STAGES DE FORMATION POUR FONCTIONNAIRES DE CATEGORIE A/LA __________________ 1.           Objectifs La DG IX a mis en oeuvre un programme de stages dans les Etats membres pour permettre aux fonctionnaires de la Commission de se familiariser avec le pays d'accueil et d'accroître la connaissance de ses structures. 2.          Participants Ces stages sont ouverts aux fonctionnaires de catégorie A/LA de grade 5/4 et aux fonctionnaires de catégorie A/LA6. Les ressortissants ne peuvent être ressortissants du pays d'accueil. Le nombre de participants à ces stages est très limité. 3.          Régime pécuniaire Les participants ont droit au remboursement des frais de voyage et de séjour dans les mêmes conditions que celles prévues pour les missions. Pour ce faire, ils doivent transmettre à la DG IX un ordre de mission signé par le supérieur hiérarchique de leur Direction générale, tout en indiquant que les frais de cette mission sont à charge de la DG IX. A5. 4.           Procédure de sélection Suivant les candidatures présentées par les Directions générales, la DG IX procède à la sélection des participants. La liste des participants ainsi établie est envoyée aux organisateurs qui tiennent compte dans la mesure du possible des qualifications et des fonctions des fonctionnaires pour l'élaboration du programme de stage. Lors d'une réunion d'information organisée par la DG IX, les participants rencontrent les organisateurs qui présentent en détail tous les aspects du programme. Les participants ont donc la possibilité de demander des explications ou même de suggérer certaines modifications du programme. 5.           Procédure d'évaluation Les participants sont appelés à fournir des éléments d'appréciation du stage, sous forme d'un rapport de mission.
