du 23 au 27 Avril 2001

Si vous avez été sélectionné, vous en serez informé ainsi que votre hiérarchie par note écrite.
Le candidat qui sera retenu devra maintenir son engagement afin d'éviter des difficultés qui pourraient mener à l'annulation du stage.
L'attention est attirée sur le fait que tous frais d'hôtel facturés suite à un changement de dernière minute, devront être acquittés par le candidat lui-même.
FICHE D'INFORMATIONSTAGES D'INFORMATION
POUR FONCTIONNAIRES DE CATEGORIE A/LA4/5/6
- Objectifs
La DG Personnel et Administration a mis en oeuvre un programme de stages dans les Etats membres pour permettre aux fonctionnaires de la Commission de se familiariser avec le pays d'accueil et d'accroître la connaissance de ses structures.
- Participants
Ces stages sont ouverts aux fonctionnaires de catégorie A/LA de grade 5/4 et aux fonctionnaires de catégorie A/LA6. Les participants ne peuvent être ressortissants du pays d'accueil. Le nombre de participants à ces stages est limité.
Les fonctionnaires en Délégation peuvent s'inscrire aux stages dans le cadre des dispositions prévues au point 3 ci-dessous.
- Régime pécuniaire
Les participants aux stages ont droit au remboursement des frais de voyage (à partir de Bruxelles ou de Luxembourg) et de séjour dans les mêmes conditions que celles prévues pour les missions (v. Guide de mission). Pour ce faire, ils doivent transmettre à la DG Personnel et Administration un Ordre de mission signé par leur directeur ou directeur général, tout en indiquant que les frais de cette mission sont à charge de la DG ADMIN.A.4 - ligne budgétaire 1521. L'ordonnateur de la mission est la DG ADMIN.A.
- Procédure de sélection
La DG Personnel et Administration procède à la sélection des participants sur base des candidatures, tout en s'assurant de la meilleure représentativité possible des Directions générales et Services de la Commission en fonction des tâches accomplies actuellement par les candidats en relation avec le programme, ainsi qu'en fonction des nationalités, de la présence hommes/femmes et des grades.
- Procédure d'évaluation
Les participants sont appelés à fournir des éléments d'appréciation du stage, sous forme d'un rapport de mission, et de l'envoyer à M. T. Dicorrado, Chef de secteur, DG ADMIN.A.4.
- Décompte des frais de mission
Le décompte des frais de mission doit être signé par le fonctionnaire et son supérieur hiérarchique, puis être envoyé avec les pièces justificatives (lettre de convocation, programme, titres de transport, facture d'hôtel, etc.) à l'ordonnateur, qui est, en ce qui concerne le décompte :

Son service se chargera de l'envoi des documents au Bureau des Missions.
