Reporting exercise 1997/1999


As stated in point 2 (b) of the Guide to staff reports, the administration will circulate all
relevant statistics before the start of each reporting exercise, taking care not to jeopardize
the confidentiality of reports, to enable those assessed to see how they stand in relation to
their colleagues.

These statistics provide the reference averages for the next reporting exercise 1999-2001.
