DECLARATION OF 2002 INCOME CONCERNING TAX YEAR 2003 Officials and other staff members who are asked to complete an annual tax declaration in the country of their residence will receive automatically and within the next few weeks a certificate established by the Commission according to article 13 of the Protocol on Privileges and Immunities and to be joined to the annual tax declaration. Staff members of Belgian nationality and of non-Belgian nationality who are holder of an identity card issued by the commune and who have not received the tax declaration are legally obliged to request the declaration from the Tax Office. Non-Belgian staff members, holder of a special identity card and who have not received the tax declaration, are legally obliged to request the declaration in case they have other income to declare. ATTENTION When receiving the tax declaration, you are legally obliged to complete and return the declaration to the Tax Office before the imposed date on penalty of an administrative fine. |
