Setting up of a « Sickness and Accident Insurance » Call Centre

With the aim of improving the quality of service offered to our members (to those in activity and to pensioners), the Sickness and Accident Insurance Unit of the Office for the Administration and Settlement of Individual Entitlements (PMO) intends opening its new Call Centre on 7 July 2003 which, from now on, will be the sole point of contact for all questions relating to the following:

  • JSIS membership questions;
  • the rules concerning reimbursement of medical expenses;
  • access to the health screening programme;
  • accident and occupational disease insurance.

This Call Centre replaces the Help Desk of the Brussels Settlements Office and will be made up of three people who will reply to all your questions in English, French and German.

The Call Centre will be open from 9.30-12.00 and from 14.00-16.00 on all Commission (Brussels) working days.

All questions pertaining to an individual's file or those requiring detailed investigation will be passed to the person responsible.

For all questions left on the answering machine, the Call Centre undertakes to contact the member by 12 noon the next day at the latest.
