Brussels, 7.4.2004 COMMISSION DECISION general implementing provisions adopting the Guide to missions for officials and other servants of the European Commission THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Staff Regulations of officials of the European Communities and the Conditions of employment of other servants of the European Communities laid down by Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68(1) , and in particular Article 71 of the Staff Regulations, concerning the reimbursement of expenses incurred in the course of or in connection with the performance of duties, and Articles 11 to 13a of Annex VII to those Staff Regulations, Having regard to the Commission Decision of 23 May 2003 adopting the Guide to missions for officials and other servants of the European Commission, Having regard to the opinion of the Staff Regulations Committee, After consulting the Staff Committee, Whereas, following the amendment of Articles 11 to 13a of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations, the current Guide to missions must be replaced by new provisions, HAS ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS: Article 1 The new version of the “Guide to missions for officials and other servants
of the European Commission” contained in the Annex
Article 2 These provisions repeal and replace the Decision of 23 May 2003 adopting the Guide to missions. Article 3 These provisions shall enter into force on 1 May 2004. ______________________ |
