Subject: Half-time and part-time work

The Heads of Administration consider that officials who are authorised to work half-time and part-time must retain their eligibility for promotion and their right to advancement to a higher step, as if they work full-time, half-time and part-time work being treated in the same way as full-time work.

This Conclusion shall apply from 1 May 2004. It repeals and replaces Conclusion 073/B/73 of 21 May 1973.
