LIST OF CONTRACT AGENTS RECLASSIFIED IN 2008

This administrative notice is a follow up of the administrative notice N° 36-2009 / 15.05.2009.

Reclassification

Following the work of the joint committee on contract agent reclassification, the Authority Authorised to conclude contracts has decided upon the list of contract agents reclassified in 2008. The list – by grade - of contract agents reclassified can be found in the documents in annex.

Submitting a complaint under Article 90(2) of the Staff Regulations

At the end of the reclassification exercise, contract agents may submit a complaint to the Authority responsible for concluding contracts under Article 90(2) of the Staff Regulations against the fact that they are not reclassified.
