Extension of validity of reserve lists of internal competitions for
COM/INT/EU10/08/AST1 – AST1 Assistants
COM/INT/EU10/08/AST3 - AST3 Assistants
(Field 1 : administrative assistant
Field 2 : executive secretary)
COM/INT/EU10/08/AD5 – AD5 Administrators
COM/INT/EU10/08/AD9 - AD9 Heads of unit
COM/INT/EU10/08/AD12 – AD12 Heads of unit
with Cypriot, Czech, Estonian, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Slovak or Slovenian citizenship

In accordance with section VII of the competition notices, the reserve lists of these internal competitions were published on My IntraComm on the Competitions and Selections page of the HR & Administration website and in the Administrative notices

• Nr 02-2010 of 8 January 2010 for the COM/INT/EU10/08/AD5 competition
• Nr 68-2009 of 2 November 2009 for the COM/INT/EU10/08/AST3 competition
• Nr 61-2009 of 1 October 2009 for the COM/INT/EU10/08/AST1 competition
• Nr 56-2009 of 19 August 2009 for the COM/INT/EU10/08/AD9 and COM/INT/EU10/08/AD12 competitions.

An addendum to the reserve list of the internal competition COM/INT/EU10/08/AST1 was published in the Administrative notice Nr 12-2010 of 5 February 2010 and an addendum to the reserve list of the internal competition COM/INT/EU10/08/AD5 was published in the Administrative notice Nr 20-2010 of 12 March 2010.

On 30 September 2010 the Appointing Authority decided to extend the validity of the reserve lists of the above-mentioned internal competitions till 31 December 2012.
