FOR 2002 Under the holiday flexibility arrangements, staff may choose to work on Maundy Thursday (28 March 2002), Good Friday (29 March 2002) and/or the Day following Ascension (10 May 2002). These are days when the Commission's offices will remain open. According to the choice made, one, two or three days will be added to their annual leave entitlement. Officials wishing to work these days should submit their requests at least three weeks in advance, via their Head of Unit, to the Head of Human Resources of their Directorate-General or Service. The Head of Human Resources will then follow up these requests after taking account of the actual needs of the agent's Unit. Each Unit will be responsible for monitoring the presence of staff on these dates and will, by 30/06/2002 at the latest, send a list of the relevant members of staff to the Head of Human Resources of their Directorate-General. The list will contain the names, personnel numbers and the dates concerned, and will also specify whether half days or full days were worked.
