EARLY RETIREMENT WITHOUT A REDUCTION OF PENSION RIGHTS, 2010 EXERCISE - LIST OF OFFICIALS WHO QUALIFY

On 11 June 2010 the Appointing Authority adopted:

• a list, in alphabetical order, of the 49 officials who qualify for early retirement within the 2010 exercise without a reduction of pension rights;

• a reserve list of 8 officials, in order of priority, who may be eligible if one or more of the 49 selected applicants withdraws. Following an opinion issued by the European Data Protection Supervisor, the reserve list will not be published, for data protection reasons.

This decision is in line with the Staff Regulations (Article 9(2), Annex VIII) and the General Implementing Provisions contained in the Commission decision C(2004) 1588 of 28 April 2004, as amended by the Commission decision of 10 August 2006.
