Our mission

We undertake to:

• provide high quality training and learning opportunities that meet the needs of all EU institutions and their staff
• promote common values and support cooperation among the institutions through the exchange of ideas and good practice in a diverse cultural environment.

In the pursuit of this goal, we will:

• use all our resources efficiently and effectively
• develop standards of quality that ensure excellence of service in our dealings with stakeholders and customers
• create a working environment based on mutual respect and openness that promotes the continuous development of individual and team potential.
