THE DIRECTOR-GENERAL FOR PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATION, Having regard to the Commission Decision of 21 January 1998 on the exercise of the powers conferred by the Staff Regulations on the appointing authority and by the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants on the authority responsible for concluding contracts of employment, and in particular Article 4 thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article I The powers of the Director-General for Personnel and Administration as appointing authority and authority responsible for concluding contracts of employment are hereby delegated as shown in Annex I. Article 2 The Decision of the Director-General for Personnel and Administration of 9 July 1997 on the exercise of the powers of the appointing authority and the authority responsible for concluding contracts of employment is repealed with effect from the date laid down in Article 3 below. Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 08-04-1998
