Transfer of Pension Rights Subject: Italian financial law 2001 of 23 December 2000 n. 388 Article 78 items 27 and 28 Following the adoption of the above-mentioned law by the Italian authorities, persons who meet simultaneously the 4 following criteria are required to express their interest to the administration of the Commission, Admin.B.6. - B28 4/187 within two months from the date of this publication1 : To have submitted to the Community administration, under the status of temporary agent (within the meaning of Article 2 a), c) and d) of the C.E.O.S), an application to transfer to the community scheme pension rights acquired in Italy before the entry into service with a Community Institution. To have made such application before 13 May 1981. Not to have received a decision of non-admissibility from INPS. To have accepted the aforementioned transfer, formalised by a final credit in the Community scheme. 1 It will not be possible to deal with replies received by the administration after that date.
