The new Fellowships programmes for 2005-2006 have just been published.

These programmes consist on a stay of maximum 9 months, offered by the Commission, in certain American universities, the Institut Universitaire Européen and the Lee Kwan Yew School of Public Policy who, wishing to familiarise their students and staff with European issues, propose to welcome among them an official of the European Institutions who will teach certain courses and/or carry out a particular research.
