AT THEIR 245th MEETING, ON 30 MARCH 2006

Subject: Repeal of conclusions of the Heads of Administration rendered obsolete by the reform of the Staff Regulations of officials and the Conditions of Employment of other servants of the European Communities

Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 723/2004 of 22 March 2004 amending the Staff Regulations of officials of the European Communities and the Conditions of Employment of other servants of the European Communities⁽¹⁾ introduced fundamental changes with effect from 1 May 2004.

Numerous conclusions of the Heads of Administration were rendered obsolete as a result.

In the interests of clarity and legal certainty, the Administration Heads’ conclusions listed in the annex are hereby repealed.

This conclusion shall take effect on 1 April 2006.
