Allocation of priority points - Addendum and corrigendum to Administrative Notice No 37-2006

1. Supplement to the publication of the merit lists and formal intentions for the allocation of priority points
   
   Administrative Notice No 37-2006 published on 19 July 2006 did not cover officials in the Legal Service, the External Service, officials on secondment as staff representatives, or officials in the Private Offices of Members of the Commission.
   
   The attached Annex contains the merit lists⁽¹⁺²⁾ and formal intentions⁽³⁾ for the allocation of priority points in respect of the officials in the External Service, officials on secondment as staff representatives, and in the Private Offices of Members of the Commission.
   
   For the above mentioned officials, the period of 5 working days for lodging appeals with the promotion committees starts from the date on which this addendum is published.
    
2. Corrigendum to the lists published in Administrative Notice No 37-2006
   
   This corrigendum refers to the merit lists of two grades (A*12 and A*10) on the JRC budget. The corrected lists are shown in the Annex.
    
3. Composition of the promotion committees
   
   The promotion committees will meet from 29 September to 20 October 2006. The composition of each committee can be consulted at the following address http://www.cc.cec/pers admin/promotions/2006 exercise en.html
