"An error crept into section 2, paragraph 3, relating to the capacity to work in a third language. Instead of "The rare exceptions will concern officials likely to be promoted in 2006 and who have not acquired 2 years seniority in the grade on 30 April 2006…." please read "The rare exceptions will concern notably officials likely to be promoted in 2006 and who have not acquired 2 years seniority in the grade on 1 April 2006…"
