LIST OF OFFICIALS WHO QUALIFY FOR EARLY RETIREMENT WITHIN THE 2006 EXERCISE WITHOUT A REDUCTION OF PENSION RIGHTS

On 10 May 2007 the Appointing Authority adopted:

• a list, in alphabetical order, of the 33 officials who qualify for early retirement within the 2006 exercise without a reduction of pension rights;
   
• a reserve list of 10 officials, in order of priority, who may be eligible if one or more of the 33 selected officials withdraws. In a reversal of previous practice, following an opinion issued by the European Data Protection Supervisor, the reserve list will not be published this year, for data protection reasons.

This decision is in line with the Staff Regulations (Article 9(2), Annex VIII) and the General Implementing Provisions contained in the Commission decision of 10 August 2006 amending Commission decision C(2004) 1588 of 28 April 2004.
