Allocation of priority points – Addendum to Administrative notice No 39-2007 of 19 July 2007 and composition of the Promotion Committees

1. Supplement to the publication of the merit lists and formal intentions for the allocation of priority points
   
   Administrative Notice No 39-2007 published on 19 July 2007 did not cover officials in the External Service, officials on secondment as staff representatives or in DG COMM.
   
   The attached Annex contains the merit lists and formal intentions for the allocation of priority points in respect of the officials in the External Service, officials on secondment as staff representatives and officials in DG COMM (1 , 2 et 3 ).
   
   For the above mentioned officials, the period of 5 working days for lodging appeals with the promotion committees starts from the date on which this addendum is published.
    
2. Composition of the Promotion Committees
   
   The Promotion Committees are scheduled to meet from 2 October to 19 October. The composition of each committee can be consulted at the following address: http://www.cc.cec/pers_admin/promotions/2007_exercice_en.html
