That list is published in Annex 1. The number of officials listed exceeds 110 (number of officials to be authorised to follow the training programme as per Appointing decision of 20 November 2007 – Administrative notice 50-2007) by the addition of the candidates who obtained the same number of points as the last official selected (7,5 points).
Officials whose names appear on the list are invited to consult the information below on the compulsory training programme.

For further information on the response to appeals against the number of points obtained as a result of the analysis by the DGs and Services and on the complaints procedure, please see Annex 2.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Following publication of the list of the best-ranked pre-selected candidates (see Administrative Notice 15-2008 of 14 March 2008), pre-selected candidates who disputed the number of points obtained could make a substantiated appeal to the Joint Certification Committee.

At its meeting held on 9 April 2008, the Joint Committee issued an opinion on each of the appeals lodged.

Officials who appealed may consult their certification file in Sysper 2 to see the response of the Appointing Authority to their appeal. This information is accessible by clicking on the "Summary" tab under "File history".

Article 90(2) of the Staff Regulations permits a complaint to be made against the decision of the Appointing Authority. How to do this is explained at: http://www.cc.cec/pers_admin/appeals/complaints/index_en.html
