AMENDMENT TO THE APPOINTING AUTHORITY (AIPN) COMMISSION DECISION

Commission Decision C(2009)3074 of 29 April 2009 amends the Commission Decision C(2007)5730 of 30 November 2007 on the exercise of powers conferred by the Staff Regulations on the Appointing Authority (AIPN) and by the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants on the Authority Responsible for Concluding Contracts (AHCC).

This amendment introduces changes in Table VI of the Annex (AIPN tables) concerning the disciplinary proceedings in order to make the proceedings more flexible and to reduce the administrative burden of the bodies involved in these proceedings.
