ATTESTATION PROCEDURE:

LIST OF THE 449 OFFICIALS ATTESTED IN 2009

You will find in annex the list of the 449 officials admitted to the attestation procedure who were appointed to an "Administrative assistant" (ex-B*) level post and consequently attested in 2009.

For reference, the simplified rules for implementing the attestation procedure adopted by Commission Decision on 29 November 2006 (see Administrative notice n°55-2007) foresee that officials admitted to one of the attestation exercises – from the 2006 exercise onwards – shall be deemed attested and become members of the assistants' function group without restrictions provided they are appointed to an "Administrative assistant" (ex-B*) level post. The benefit of being admitted to the attestation exercise – from the 2006 exercise onwards – is not subject to any time limit.

In accordance with Article 6, paragraph §3, of the above-mentioned Commission decision of 29 November 2006, the appointing authority shall publish each year the list of officials attested the previous calendar year. The list of the officials attested in 2009 is published in annex with an indication of the DG or service having requested their attestation.
