Exceptional granting of rest leave
for staff serving outside the EU
(Article 8 of Annex X to the Staff Regulations)
This Administrative Notice repeals that of
08.04.2009, No 25-2009
Article 8 of Annex X to the Staff Regulations stipulates that, by way
of exception, the Appointing Authority may grant officials, contract staff
and temporary staff rest leave where living conditions are particularly
difficult at their place of employment.
On 15 February 2010 the AIPN adopted the decision on the exceptional
granting of rest leave for 2010 for officials serving in countries outside
the EU.
The annexed table sets out, for the places of employment concerned, the
rest leave entitlements resulting from the decision.
