Subject: Procedure handbook on Invalidity Committees

This administrative information concerns the Manual of procedure on Invalidity Committees approved by the College of the Heads of administration at its meeting on 10 September 2008.

This handbook (see annex) is applicable within the Commission as from 1 November 2010. The provisions of the handbook specify the conditions of opening of a disability procedure, its mandate, composition and operation, and the legal bases. The provisions of this handbook apply to officials, temporary staff and contract staff.
