COMMISSION DECISIONS

The Commission decisions (implementing provisions) on leave , part-time work , parental leave and family leave were adopted on 05th November 2010 and are applicable in all Directorates General and Services of the Commission as of 1 January 2011.

These new decisions replace the former decisions of 2004. The communications C(2004)1597/12 - AN n°102-2004, C(2004)1314 - AN n°66-2004, C(2004)1364 - AN n°54-2004 and C(2004) 1314 - AN n°64-2004 are so repealed as from 01st January 2011.

The management of leaves, part-time work, parental leave and family leave is decentralised at the level of each Directorate General/Service.
