DECISION
OF THE DIRECTOR-GENERAL FOR PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATION
RELATING TO
THE EXERCISE OF THE POWERS OF THE APPOINTING AUTHORITY (AA)
AND THE AUTHORITY EMPOWERED TO CONCLUDE CONTRACTS OF EMPLOYMENT (AECE)

The Director-General for Personnel and Administration,

Having regard to the Commission Decision of 28 April 2004 on the exercise of the powers conferred by the Staff Regulations on the Appointing Authority and by the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants on the Authority Empowered to Conclude Contracts of Employment⁽¹⁾, and in particular the first paragraph of Article 5 thereof,

Has adopted this Decision:

Article 1

The powers delegated to the Director-General for Personnel by the Commission Decision of 28 April 2004 shall be delegated under this Decision to the Directors and Heads of Unit of the Directorate-General for Personnel and Administration as shown in the Annex hereto.

Article 2

The decisions of the Director-General for Personnel and Administration on the exercise of the powers conferred by the Staff Regulations on the Appointing Authority and by the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants on the Authority Empowered to Conclude Contracts of Employment of 7 April 1998⁽²⁾ and of 21 December 2001⁽³⁾ and the Decision of 29 April 2004 on the subdelegation of the powers of the Appointing Authority in the recruitment of contract staff⁽⁴⁾ are hereby repealed.

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
