NEW SELF-SERVICE FACILITY FOR CERTIFICATES

The new self-service application ‘HRM Forms’ can be used by all regular staff (officials and temporary, auxiliary or contract staff) at the Commission and the research centres to request various types of certificate in several languages.
You can access the application at:

http://www.cc.cec/hrmforms

As soon as the certificate is available, you will receive a mail containing a link you can use to display and print the certificate (after entering your user name and internet password).

You will be able to print the certificate for 1 month after you receive it.

The application comes with online help. If you have any problems that are not covered by this, write to ADMIN-BXL-B3-ATTESTATIONS@ec.europa.eu .

The application has been subject of a notification to the Data Protection Officer and of Specific Privacy Statements referred to in Regulation 45/2001.

NEW SELF-SERVICE FACILITY FOR CHANGES OF ADDRESS AND CONTACT PERSONS IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT OR EMERGENCY

The self-service application ‘HRM Forms’ can be used by all regular staff (officials and temporary, auxiliary or contract staff) at the Commission (for all locations except Luxemburg, DG Relex/K and the Ispra, Karlsruhe and Petten research centres) to inform the “Privileges and immunities” section of ADMIN.B.3 of any change of address. This also concerns the members of their family and the person to be contacted in the event of an accident or emergency.

You can access the application at:

As soon as the data you enter has been validated by the relevant administrator in unit ADMIN.B.3, you will receive a mail containing a link you can use to display the validated change of address (after entering your user name and internet password).

Once it has been validated, this data will be updated in the “SYSPER” database and you can view the new data within 3 days.
Later, the data will be sent to your local commune via the competent department of the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
