LIST OF OFFICIALS ADMITTED TO EARLY RETIREMENT WITHOUT A REDUCTION OF PENSION RIGHTS – THE 2005 EXERCISE

In compliance with article 9 (2) of annex VIII of the staff regulations and with the general implementing provisions (GIP) foreseen in the Commission decision of 28 April 2004, the AIPN has adopted on 19 July 2006:

• a list of 40 officials who are selected for early retirement, in the course of 2005, without a reduction of pension rights:

• a reserve list of 8 names, arranged in priority order, who might be selected should one or more of the 40 selected officials be willing to withdraw:
