Guide to Flexitime

The Guide to flexitime attached to this Administrative Notice enters into force on 1 January 2007 and is applicable in all directorates general as of 1 April 2007 the latest.

It replaces the Guide to flexitime used so far in Brussels (see AN 672 of 25.4.1991) and all comparable guides for other places of employment.

The guide is applicable to all staff covered by the Staff Regulations or by the Conditions of Employment for Other Servants and to seconded national experts.

The attached guide describes the modalities of application (core-time, flexible hours, continuity of service, derogations, etc.).

Daily working times are recorded following the procedure established for this purpose by the management of each directorate general.
