DECISION
OF THE DIRECTOR-GENERAL FOR PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATION
RELATING TO
THE EXERCISE OF THE POWERS OF THE APPOINTING AUTHORITY AND THE AUTHORITY EMPOWERED TO CONCLUDE CONTRACTS OF EMPLOYMENT

The Director-General for Personnel and Administration,

having regard to the Commission Decision of 16 June 2005 on the exercise of the powers conferred by the Staff Regulations on the Appointing Authority and by the Conditions of Employment of other servants on the Authority empowered to conclude contracts⁽¹⁾, and in particular the first paragraph of Article 5 thereof,

has adopted this Decision:

Article 1

The powers delegated to the Director-General for Personnel by Commission Decision C(2005) 1792 of 16 June 2005 shall be subdelegated under this Decision to the Directors and Heads of Unit of the Directorate-General for Personnel and Administration as shown in the Annex   hereto.

Article 2

The decision of 14 May 2004 of the Director-General for Personnel and Administration on the subdelegation of the powers conferred by the Staff Regulations on the Appointing Authority and by the Conditions of Employment of other servants on the Authority empowered to conclude contracts⁽²⁾ is hereby repealed.

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 November 2005.
